cgmanager-tests software package provides Central cgroup manager daemon (tests), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cgmanager-tests
cgmanager-tests is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cgmanager-tests package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cgmanager-tests *
You will get with cgmanager-tests package name, version, architecture and description in a table
